If you want to be happy or heard I suggest you look somewhere. I don’t know a single employee here that isn’t miserable. Fun and good place to work with good people. Start shift with short meeting with supervisor and potential up coming jobs.

Start said job. Collaborate with managers and coworkers to be as productive as possible and move the most equipment, depending on priority for that day. Through out the day maintain a safe and clean work environment and in down time offer my help to any coworker who may need it.

He consistently puts you down and berates you for not being perfect like. He is reckless and management does nothing but pad his ego. Once you remove the person listed above it is great place to work with a strong safety culture and people who genuinely care about your safety. Hardest part is the wednesday and friday length of hours and never knowing if you’ll be able to leave on time or make plans on those days. Great safety Culture and good workers. Bad Leads and pay. When the point is to get this move going as it is hot. Sales and operations often push back on one another and at previous companies this was common as well, but not to this extent. There is a lack of structure on who does what and where things get handed off. When you need to worry about random lay-offs all the time that isn’t much fun as. Most of the six years I have worked for Carlile were spent on night shift p. Our team worked very well together every project was a team effort including individual projects where we were ready to jump in and pull our weight to help get one an others project completed on time and in a professional manner.

My supervisor Larry Frazier and I collaborated frequently to plantroubleshoot and insure all aspects of the shop were fulfilled satisfactorily.

I worked closely on a daily basis with Drivers to insure all concerns were addressed and resolved before the Driver would return to the road with equipment. All in all Carlile is an excellent company to work for and I will miss my teamsupervisor and drivers who’m I have built a great working relationship. Excellent pay and work environment. Not close enough to fiance and family. Overall Carlile gives you the knowledge and experience you might need for another job you might be working.

It can easily become a stressful environment based on lack of communication from customers, managers, or other co-workers. Great job experience in learning many aspects of transportation. But very limiting in growth opportunities. Hours vary, and moody dispatcher.

Always kept me busy, and were job safety balanced. Opportunities to gain experience but not for advancement. Great place to start off and gain experience. But raises are nonexistent and advancement are rare. Depending on your department it could be a dead end job. Company has a great president but management underneath is pretty bad.
